What is eVisa?

Vietnam is opening its doors to the world through its new tourist visa. Who are eligible?

On February 1, the government issued Decree no 17/2019/ND-CP, extending the pilot project launched in January 2017 and adding more countries to the list, bringing the total number to 80. The e-visa program is applicable for a single entry and valid for a maximum of 30 days.

You need to a clear copy of your passport bio page (pages having personal details) and a photo to apply for Vietnam eVisa.
Please ensure that your passport is valid for the next 180 days from the expected travel date to Vietnam.

Note: Holding a visa does not guarantee you entry to Vietnam. You must meet all of the conditions upon arrival to be granted entry. In the event that entry is not granted, no part of the fee will be refunded.
